Can't say enough good things about them. James McInnis, our plumber, went way to make sure I was satisfied with the work. He was able to address a few extra issues I had, even though it wasn't part of the original job once he had my approval. Just short of more than awesome!

Upon arrival I was shown the women’s bathroom that all 3 toilets were backed up, both floor drains were also backed up, along with the kitchen floor drain. I had to pull the first and third toilets in order to clear the stoppage. I ran approximately 45 feet of cable and that’s when the water went down in the bathroom and kitchen. I ran an additional 20 feet of cable to make sure that the stoppage was cleared. After that I flushed the second toilet several times, and poured multiple buckets of water down where the first and third toilets were. Everything was draining good. I then ran the camera down the first toilet closet bend there was a slight belly, and could only get the camera about 20 feet. Everything appears to be cleared at the time. After resetting the first toilet which had no seat everything is flushing good. The third toilet has a hairline crack on the bottom right side and needs replacing. I still set the toilet temporarily until we install a new premier toilet. Which I wi
Upon entry to the property, I had to cut into the ceiling of unit 212 in order to remove the existing PVC P-trap and shower drain flange. I proceeded to pipe all this in and in cast-iron as per picture and video taken. I also installed the shower pan along with a pre-drop test on video to ensure no leaks and also a fill test in the shower pan to ensure no leaks. After this filter test took place. I went back downstairs to unit 212 and as per video taken to ensure that there is no leaks coming from downstairs during the fill task This job is ready to be inspected

Customer called John the Plumber today because they have a 30 gallon water heater that is currently not producing any hot water. When technician arrived to the home, customer explained that they tried flipping the breaker and they saw sparks coming out where the electrical whip meets the tank. Technician also noticed that the main valve on the side of the home is leaking and has a good amount of algae buildup around the pipe. That means that it’s been leaking for a while. Customers water heater is from 2004. Technician will give the customer a few options to resolve your issues today. During my initial investigation while doing a drop test in the tub as per video and pictures taken, there was an extremely small drip coming from the overflow. Upon arrival we were shown to two bathrooms backing up into the shower and one toilet leaking from the base. An estimate to pull and reset the toilet and clear the stoppage was agreed on and after the work was done we ran both bathrooms simultaneously and flushed both toilets to ensure water was draining freely and checked connections for leaks and none were present. We then sent the camera into the line to check the condition of the pipe and its in really bad condition back pitched and heavy scale buildup. Informed the customer that it’s time to replace drain piping and he is awaiting an estimate
Upon arrival customer showed us to the leaking water heater located in laundry room. We provided multiple estimates including a tankless heater install. Customer is reviewing the estimates and will get back with us on which one they decide on.
Upon arrival, customer showed me bathroom where vanity was removed where he could hear cold waterline leaking underground gave customer option to perform leak search. Customer stated he was told that it was a $99 special to perform a leak search. Explain to customer that would only be a visual inspection, and that would not be possible due to there being no water damage, and hearing that the waterline is leaking underground. We would have to perform a leak search where we cap off line by line to determine which line is affected and resupply water by running a new water line to affected fixtures Customer did not want to move forward with any option # JTP
Upon entry into the house, we proceeded to replace the master bathroom toilet as per pictures and video taken. Everything is secure and flushes perfectly. Provide and install two piece premier toilet. Unclog pedestal sink drain in hall bath. Pedestal sink must be removed from the wall in order to clear tubular P-trap from blockage and reinstall. After work was complete customer did not want to do the tub or the toilet in the hall bath. I do believe customer is sabotaging this unit. I had a recorded conversation over the tablet phone with the owner of unit who is responsible for payment to let them know the situation and that the tenant told us leave the unit and could not proceed with tub or toilet. Customer did not answer to pay balance
